Dave Puhky, a life and business coach who’s been through the trenches and came out swinging. With over a decade of entrepreneurial grit and a black belt in jiu jitsu, I help people shatter their limitations, level up their mindset, and build the life they were born to live.
I didn’t start off with a clear path. Like many, I was stuck in a job I didn’t love—working in the oilfield, grinding through life.

But I made a choice. I went all in, quit the 9-5, and turned my basement into a business that became two thriving gyms. I sold my first gym, TFA, and moved to West Hollywood to open my third. Now, I coach others on how to turn their passion into a paycheck.

From elite athlete to entrepreneur, I know what it takes to transform. I’ve faced setbacks, failures, and countless obstacles—but I’ve built an empire through relentless discipline and refusal to settle. Your life doesn’t change by chance—it changes when you make the choice to step up.
